You will ensure that the hotel’s guest-facing spaces, such as lobbies, corridors, lounges, restrooms, and event spaces, are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained at all times. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, elevators, stairwells, and other spaces as required.
• Ensure that public restrooms are stocked with necessary items such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other amenities. Restock supplies as needed.
• Assist guests by providing information on the location of hotel facilities and respond to specific requests for additional services as needed.
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues with public spaces and to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Perform regular checks of public spaces to ensure cleanliness and report any necessary maintenance or repairs to the appropriate department.
