Sentara Pulmonology, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, Virginia is hiring a full-time Pulmonary & Critical Care physician to join our dedicated and collaborative team. Position Highlights Serve a diverse and growing patient population Outpatient clinic currently booking 2 months out , offering immediate demand. Manageable daily workload Average of 14 patients per day in clinic. Pre-Accreditation Level III Trauma Center Collaborative team environment Join an established group of 2 experienced PCCM physicians . Robust Critical Care support 24/7 coverage including Tele-ICU and in-house Critical Care–trained APP Night support , including weekends. Balanced practice Mix of inpatient critical care and outpatient pulmonology supporting work–life balance. Telehealth integration Expand patient access and convenience with virtual visits.
