Requirements

1–3 years of maintenance or renovation experience in multifamily housing, construction, or property management.
Experience with basic carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks within tight deadlines.
Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in apartment renovations or punch-out work.
Knowledge of apartment turn processes and move-in readiness standards.
HVAC or EPA certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Complete punch list items for renovated or recently repaired apartment homes prior to resident move-in.
Perform minor repairs including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, caulking, trim work, and hardware installation.
Inspect units after renovation or maintenance work to ensure quality standards are met.
Address cosmetic and functional issues such as paint touch-ups, door adjustments, cabinet repairs, and fixture replacements.
Install or repair basic apartment components including blinds, appliances, outlets, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures.
Ensure all completed work meets safety standards and company quality expectations.
Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
Communicate punch list completion status to the Maintenance Supervisor or Renovation Manager.
Assist with other maintenance tasks when needed to support property operations
