As Purchasing Clerk, you’ll be part of our Operations team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to: Maintain Accounts payable process. Coordinate resolution on exceptions by working with buyers for verification. Process exceptions on Client Dashboard, Invoice Exceptions Dashboard & Metastorm Correspond with vendors to resolve open issues in timely manner Correspond with other departments on purchasing related issues Maintain purchase orders requiring annual renewal for services to meet Sarbanes requirements Assist with physical inventory Assist with entering sales orders Assist with answering and forwarding incoming calls – main line only Assist with scheduling of trucks Assist in facilitating file storage process General filing Special projects as required Other duties as assigned
