About The Position

Performs a high level of clerical and fiscal operational duties and contributes to the success of the Facilities Maintenance Department by providing accuracy, legibility, and completeness in preparing, compiling, and maintaining records.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen
  • 2 years’ of directly related experience

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with department managers for replenishment of supplies such as those for Maintenance, Grounds, EVS, MEP, and Warehouses.
  • Responsible for addressing problems related to Choctaw Nation vendors.
  • Place orders with vendors/suppliers ensuring the most cost-effective, efficient, and timely delivery options are met through procurement to fulfill business needs.
  • Perform routine inventories of supplies/assets throughout all departments and maintain inventory of basic office supplies and surplus inventory from other departments.
  • Review invoices to ensure accurate pricing and items received: Code invoices to the correct department costing and submit to accounts payable for timely payment.
  • Review the pricing of all items, see out and negotiate optimal pricing; and obtain bids from multiple vendors on major accounts/purchases.
  • Work within the budget guidelines of the department.
  • Maintain and record data within the CMMS and Warehouse Databases and others as may be required.
  • Monitor, assign, and create work orders to dispatch appropriate Facilities Maintenance personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.
