What you’ll do: Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement needs Source vendors and help negotiate purchasing agreements Ensure orders are accurate, cost-effective, and delivered on time Verify products meet specifications and match invoices Enter purchasing data into the accounting system and assist with reports Follow agency policies and all local, state, and federal regulations Support teamwork, customer service, and culturally responsive practices What you’ll need: High school diploma or GED (procurement experience preferred) Strong organization, communication, and basic math skills Comfortable using computers and financial systems Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally Why Work for TFI Family Services?
