About the position
PURE BLADES is seeking a Sales Associate for our location at Galleria at Tyler Mall. This position is available for both full-time and part-time candidates who have open availability and are eager to grow within the company. The pay for this role is $16.50 per hour. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling and demonstrating various products, including swords, knives, and pop culture items such as collectibles and apparel.
Responsibilities
- Making sales and assisting customers.
- Ensuring productivity and professionalism.
- Staying on task and looking to learn and grow.
- Motivating oneself to reach sales goals and store objectives.
- Organizing and properly displaying items.
- Stocking items and ensuring inventory is accurate.
- Cleaning the store, including floors, glass, and shelves.
- Completing all other duties related to maintaining and running the store.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Previous retail experience.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Product knowledge of items in the store.
