Job Description The Private Wealth Management (PWM) Investment Partner is responsible for the day-to-day management of an assigned book of client relationships, focusing on investment oversight, portfolio construction, risk management, and high-quality client service. This role is designed for an investment professional who excels at managing assets and relationships. Additionally this role will serve as a support function to Senior Portfolio Managers with opportunities to learn and grow as part of a team. Incumbents need to possess a proven track record of sales support to be viewed as a trusted partner to a Portfolio Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Four to seven years of related experience
  • proven track record of sales support

  • Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus
  • Passing Level 1 and 2 of CFA designation highly desirable
