We’re looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Analyst to join our fast-moving, collaborative engineering organization. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to make a meaningful impact on product quality. You’ll contribute to regression testing, work closely with developers and product managers, and help ensure we deliver exceptional experiences to our users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related technical fields.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Git, JIRA, Confluence, Xcode, Android Studio, Charles Proxy
  • Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, networking basics, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to regression testing for releases and high-impact feature changes.
  • Collaborate early with developers and product managers to shape testing strategy throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Triage bugs from internal and external sources and ensure issues are clearly documented and
  • Monitor and investigate production issues to support product stability and performance.
  • Analyze QA workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and findings clearly across the development lifecycle.
