About The Position

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Product Analyst, QA to ensure the highest quality and reliability of our Billing product initiatives. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for executing manual in-depth testing across the order-to-cash process, focusing specifically on new feature development, identifying and reproducing edge cases, and performing deep regression to validate stability within the NetSuite ecosystem. You will work closely with the Product Manager to translate complex billing workflows into thorough test plans and ensure our software solutions provide unparalleled accuracy and control.
This role requires a strong working understanding of corporate order-to-cash cycles, enterprise billing best practices, and a keen ability to break down financial logic to ensure intuitive, scalable software solutions are defect-free. Experience testing software products in depth is key.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Progressive experience in a QA, UAT, or Product Analyst role, with a dedicated focus on testing Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, or Financial Services products.
• NetSuite Proficiency (High Priority): Direct, hands-on experience working within the NetSuite ecosystem is highly preferred. You should have a solid understanding of NetSuite’s financial modules and how data flows through the platform to support complex order-to-cash and billing workflows.
• Billing Tools Experience: Direct, working experience with enterprise-level Billing, Invoicing, and/or Accounts Receivable software and their testing requirements is required.
• Deep Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the order-to-cash process, billing cycles, and financial data.
• ERP Acumen: Experience working with ERP systems and financial processes. Direct experience with NetSuite is a significant advantage.
• Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex financial workflows to anticipate and test failure scenarios.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to write clear, concise bug reports and test plans.
• Detail & Execution Focus: A meticulous approach to testing, a zero-tolerance for defects, and a strong track record of successful execution in an agile environment.
• Agile Proficiency: Experience working in agile development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Relevant QA or industry certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test Plan Development & Execution: Partner with the Product Manager to co-define comprehensive test strategies, create detailed test cases, and execute rigorous manual testing across all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance: Deliver in-depth, hands-on testing for new features, major releases, and hotfixes, ensuring the Billing product meets all functional and non-functional requirements.
• Deep Regression Testing: Conduct extensive regression testing on sensitive components of existing functionality to ensure stability, prevent unintended side-effects, and maintain the integrity of the core billing engine.
• Edge Case & Troubleshooting Expertise: Focus on identifying hard-to-find edge cases, reproducing complex issues, and working with the engineering team to confirm resolutions before deployment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Meticulously document test results, track defects in a bug management system, and clearly communicate quality status, risks, and test coverage to the product and engineering teams.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in agile ceremonies to align testing activities with development goals and timelines.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the QA process, test coverage, and product quality standards.
