Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience using Google suite
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a mail processing environment or related quality field
  • You work well in a team atmosphere
  • You are a solid communicator
  • You have excellent time management skills and thrive under quick deadlines
  • You have exquisite attention to detail
  • You are an analytical thinker who cares about process improvement

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customer operations, design, and production vendors to ensure all projects meet pre-press specifications, data requirements, and standard production quality before mailing
  • Perform digital and physical quality checks, including but not limited to: proofreading, and accurate data implementation
  • Interact effectively with internal and external softwares to process, track and finalize projects
  • Quickly identify and solve submission and processing errors through problem solving and effective communication
  • Use USPS approved software to assure data is valid and current
  • Understand Pledgemine’s print and production vendor capabilities to identify incompatible projects
  • Learn USPS mail and postage requirements to identify when print files will not meet standard regulations
