About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Technician to support quality assurance and quality control processes in a fast-paced concrete manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting products, performing testing, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring overall product quality.

Requirements

• Experience in QA/QC, manufacturing, construction, or concrete production preferred
• Ability to obtain or currently hold: ACI Level I Field Testing Certification
• ACI Strength Certification
• PQS Certification
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with concrete testing or precast products
• Familiarity with DOT standards and compliance
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality inspections on concrete products before and after production
• Conduct strength testing on concrete pipe and cylinders
• Complete and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation and reports
• Perform required daily, weekly, and monthly testing procedures
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Ensure all products are properly labeled, stamped, and documented
• Conduct routine yard inspections and address damaged or non-conforming materials
• Train and support production staff on quality standards and repair procedures
• Assist with maintaining compliance with DOT and industry standards
• Support ongoing training and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain certifications and ensure lab equipment is up to date
• Perform other duties as assigned
