MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. As part of our broader sustainable solutions platform, we also provide both chemistry and equipment for turnkey wastewater treatment, and recycle and reuse solutions. Our industrial customer base is highly diverse and includes customers in the following end markets: appliances and electronics; automotive parts; industrial parts; plumbing goods; construction equipment; and transportation equipment.

Who are we looking for?We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience, exposure to day-to-day operations, and opportunities to learn and contribute to meaningful projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What will you be doing?

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily departmental operations and administrative tasks
• Support team projects by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports
• Participate in team meetings, taking notes and following up on assigned action items
• Help maintain accurate records, documentation, and files
• Collaborate with staff to improve processes and contribute ideas
• Complete assigned tasks and projects within established deadlines
• Provide general support to team members as needed
