About The Position

Collect reports from operations, quality and other departments when necessary in order to transfer inspection/process data to digital database. Enters manufacturing and quality data into appropriate databases as necessary (inspection reports, key process indicator data, destructive and non-destructive testing data and other necessary information). Assists with maintaining document and data control, including master document listings and associated files. Interprets procedures and specifications to determine if product meets standards. Creates MTRs as necessary. Reviews MTRs created for accuracy and completeness prior to publishing them (saving them as documented information or sending them via email). Conduct initial investigation into quality issues that fall under responsibilities and present findings/documentation to quality management for further investigation.

Requirements

• Detail oriented and high organization skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
