About The Position

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Packaging Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality in the packaging of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The successful candidate will be responsible for wrapping cabinets with precision and care, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards before shipment.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle packaging materials.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift <=50lbs occasionally and move heavy objects.
• Co-workers are to use team lifting practices at all times when warranted to avoid injury.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a packaging or quality control role.
• Familiarity with packaging kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify the quality of cabinets before packaging.
• Wrap cabinets securely and neatly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized packaging area.
• Report any defects or issues to the production supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
