You’ll get to work with mechanical, electrical, structural, and finish trades while building real-world skills that set you up for long-term success in the industry.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience (construction experience is great but not required )
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Someone proactive, reliable, and motivated to learn
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance are required
• Comfortable being on your feet and lifting 15+ lbs when needed
• Willingness to travel frequently between job sites (<90% travel)

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on new homes and verify they meet company standards
• Serve as the “fresh set of eyes” before homeowner orientations, ensuring every detail is ready
• Work independently and take ownership of your daily tasks
• Collaborate with several departments to help deliver an exceptional final product
