About The Position

Responsible for ensuring all materials, in-process, and finished products meet quality and safety standards in compliance with FDA cGMP regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience as a Quality or QC Technician (food manufacturing preferred).
• Basic understanding of GMP, FDA, and food safety standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel).

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality compliance.
• Perform line clearances, ATP/AllerSnap testing, and record results.
• Conduct daily scale, x-ray, and metal detector checks.
• Collect and manage samples for in-house and external lab testing.
• Verify sanitation logs and assist with internal audits.
• Investigate non-conformances and report findings to QA Management.
• Monitor production processes for food safety and quality adherence.
• Complete other QA-related duties as assigned.
