About The Position

As a QHSE Site Supervisor with Linxon you will drive the successful and safe delivery of renewable energy EPC projects by embedding Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence into every phase of execution. The position plays a critical leadership role in protecting people, assets, and the environment while ensuring full compliance with international standards and local regulations. By proactively managing risk, strengthening contractor performance, and promoting a safety‑first and sustainability‑focused culture, the QHSE Site Supervisor directly contributes to reduced incidents, improved project quality, regulatory assurance, and the on‑time delivery of high‑performance renewable energy infrastructure.

Requirements

  • You will bring 5–10 years of QHSE experience within EPC, renewable energy, or heavy industrial project environments
  • You are knowledgeable in renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, BESS, and related infrastructure
  • You will apply local and international HSE regulations across the full EPC project lifecycle to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
  • You are professionally certified, holding NEBOSH, ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent credentials
  • You will demonstrate the ability to manage contractors, influence site teams, and enforce QHSE standards in high‑risk field environments
  • You will have experience supporting utility‑scale renewable energy projects
  • You are a strong leader with effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline

Nice To Haves

  • You are familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • You will be proficient with QHSE software platforms such as Intelex, Enablon, or similar systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of project‑specific QHSE plans aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 to ensure safe, compliant, and high‑quality project delivery
  • Oversee quality assurance and control across engineering, procurement, and construction activities, reducing defects, rework, and project delays
  • Conduct supplier, contractor, and subcontractor audits and evaluations to enforce QHSE standards and strengthen supply‑chain performance
  • Manage non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions, driving continuous improvement and adherence to quality and safety requirements
  • Implement HSE management systems on site, including risk assessments, method statements, inductions, and toolbox talks to minimize incidents and workplace hazards
  • Lead incident investigations, ensuring timely reporting, root‑cause analysis, and preventive actions that improve safety performance and accountability
  • Monitor environmental compliance, including EIAs, waste management, emissions control, and resource efficiency, supporting sustainability and ESG objectives
  • Promote a proactive safety and quality culture across project teams and contractor workforces, improving engagement and behavioral safety outcomes
  • Perform regular site inspections, HSE audits, and compliance checks to identify risks early and maintain regulatory and client compliance
  • Maintain accurate QHSE documentation, dashboards, and KPIs, providing clear visibility to stakeholders and supporting audits, certifications, and client inspections
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to fully integrate QHSE requirements into project planning and execution
