Requirements
- Certification: Valid Colorado QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person) is required.
- Experience: Previous caregiving or memory care experience preferred.
- Reliability: Must be dependable and committed to a consistent schedule.
Responsibilities
- Medication Administration: Safely handle and record medications in full compliance with Colorado regulations.
- Dignified Personal Care: Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs in a gentle, respectful manner.
- Dementia Support: Recognize and respond to the unique needs of residents with dementia with patience and grace.
- Communication: Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior.
