About The Position

Bridgewater Community is currently hiring compassionate and dependable QMAP / Medication Technicians to join our senior living team. If you're passionate about resident care and take pride in safe, accurate medication administration, we'd love to meet you! We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available across multiple shifts. Position Details Job Title: QMAP / Medication Technician Certification Required: Active QMAP Certification Pay Rate: $23.00/hour Available Shifts Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Swing Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM NOC Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Shift availability varies by position; both full-time and part-time schedules are offered. What You'll Do Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders and state regulations Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and report concerns promptly Document medication administration thoroughly and correctly Provide compassionate care while supporting residents' dignity and independence Communicate effectively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant medication environment Qualifications Active QMAP Certification (required) Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to work assigned shifts consistently Why Work at Bridgewater?
