 Job PurposeProvide project-based support to the QMS team and Quality Department to gain exposure and experience in the desired field of study.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support team with current projects and initiatives
Assist with special assignments, including data gathering, AI agent testing, etc.
Ensure QMS processes, procedures, forms, templates, and other documents are kept up to date
Observe team members and learn about their role in the business

Requirements

• Candidate should be enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related field of study such as business administration, business management, information management, information technology, etc.
• The candidate should have an outstanding academic record, excellent organizational, interpersonal communication, and writing skills, and strong quantitative and computer skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Extremely high attention to detail
