Position Overview: QIDP As a QIDP, you’ll be part of our Inpatient Team, delivering direct care services that are: Client-centered Strengths-based Professional and compassionate This role provides clinical and operational leadership within the ICFID program, overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans and behavioral strategies. This position ensures regulatory compliance, fidelity to clinical standards, and the integration of trauma-informed care through supervision, training, and direct consultation. The Lead QIDP collaborates across multidisciplinary teams to guide treatment interventions, manage documentation, and support complex youth needs.
