About The Position

Shift - 1st Shift
Support daily Quality processes to ensure a dependable and efficient material flow at SILC
Assist to manage daily, Non-Conformance material events
Assist, support, and coordinate quality sorts at SILC
Provide Non-Conformance information in a timely manner
Inform and/or escalate quality issues or concerns of operations/processes at SILC
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse environment.
Frequent interaction with warehouse team members and supervisors.
Requires physical movement including standing, walking, lifting, and material handling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Shipping/Receiving/Transportation environment preferred
• Forklift experience a bonus – will train
• Experience with basic computer systems and scan guns.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective interpersonal communication.
• Team-oriented and dependable.
• Physically able to handle freight.
