Purpose and MissionResponsible for quality assurance activities, documentation, process improvement and SHE (Safety Health and Environment) activities at a specific site.Key Activities and Responsibilities Documentation and Reporting:- Documenting quality assurance activities, including inspections and audits.- Create audit reports and maintain accurate records.- Collaborate with Off Site Quality Specialist to address any issues. - Collaborate with off Site Safety Manager to address any issues. Process Support:- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.- Track and document quality-related processes. - Document and follow-up on Safety related issues.- Participate in corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Training and Compliance:- Assist in creating training materials and operating manuals.- Support training initiatives related to quality procedures.- Ensure companywide compliance with quality protocols. Continuous Improvement:- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and share ideas with the quality team.- Maintain consistency in handling sensitive data.- Contribute to a culture of quality awareness. Skills Data collection and analysis skills. Relevant education or training in quality management or a related field. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Good communication abilities (both verbal and written). Proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities. Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA). Previous Experience No specific experience required; willingness to learn and contribute to the team. Qualifications and Education Relevant education or training in quality management or a related field. Certifications related to quality assurance are a plus. Be bold and take the leap!
