About The Position

As a Quality Associate, you will be responsible for documentation required to maintain Enstrom’s Quality system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and support daily office operations.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Perform repetitive tasks and see clearly for document and computer work.
  • Lift and move items weighing 25–45 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain electronic documentation including work orders, Material Rejection Reports, Internal Audits, Corrective Action Reports and all supporting information.
  • Conduct stamp audits for controlled inspection stamps
  • Order required office supplies for both systemic and operational Quality departments
  • Maintain, track and control all forms utilized within the Quality System
  • Distribute approved drawing packages released by Enstrom Engineering
  • Maintain physical archive files for all documentation required by Enstrom’s Quality System
  • Perform yearly audit for direct supply vendor (Fastenal)
  • Publish, release and distribute Quality documents including Quality Procedures, Quality Assurance Manual and Quality Assurance Instruction updates as directed.
  • Generate forms as requested by systemic Quality team
  • Distribute office materials and manuals for new hire operational quality inspectors
  • Assign document numbers for Vendor Initiated Material Rejection Reports
  • Collaborate with systemic quality to develop forms as required
  • Collaborate with Flightline Inspectors to create documentation required for aircraft completion
  • Schedule meetings and maintain outlook calendar for systemic quality
  • Maintain 8130-3 tag documentation as requested by FAA designees
  • Maintain system quality tracking documents within Smartsheet
  • Audit quality documentation
  • Any other administrative tasks required by the Vice President of Quality Assurance
