The Quality Assurance Analyst will work with the Winsupply IT department and QA analysts throughout the entire life cycle of projects, enhancements and fixes. This will include, but is not limited to, involvement in requirements phase, conceptual design, testing and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the end users of the products and implementation. QA also acts as a liaison between WinSupport and IT, and provides second and third level support for help desk issues. In addition, QA provides assistance for the day to day, fast paced, operations of WinSupport.
