RH is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to execute the day-to-day needs of
quality control at our Los Angeles workroom. Your primary focus in this role
will be ensuring the quality and consistency of workpieces. You will collaborate
with our Production Leadership Team to ensure all workpieces meet RH quality
standards. You have strong technical quality assurance and upholstery knowledge
and the desire to develop, learn from and support your team.

Requirements

• Experience in furniture production or a related field
• Follow and execute Purchase Order instructions/details as per assigned schedule
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Commitment to quality and safety with exceptional attention to detail
• Accept direction, feedback and suggestions
• Follow company policies and safety practices
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs
• Own the inspection, organization and storage of workroom materials and fabrics
• Inspect and organize frames, finished goods, working materials, and fabrics and ensure all items meet quality standards; inclusive of color, shades, and brightness
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries
• Assist with the assembly, wrapping and preparing of completed orders for shipment
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of interior and exterior facility
• Frequent use of hand tools, such as, small power tools, razor blades and scissors
• Participate in ad hoc projects and other tasks as needed
