ESD Materials Testing: Primary Objective To complete the data acquisition and analysis for critical ESD control items used in the SkyWater, Florida fabrication areas by performing ESD testing in accordance with the ANSI S20.20 and TR-53. Areas of Accountability • Perform ESD testing using an Electrostatic Field Meter, a Resistance Meter (and associated probes), and a Charged Plate Monitor. • Document test results and perform statistical analysis to determine the suitability of use for ESD Control Items. • Disposition (Approve or Reject) potential ESD Control Items according to the limits defined in the ANSI S20.20 and the SkyWater Florida ESD Control Plan documents. Internal Environment Equipment Calibrations Primary Objectives To define and document the calibration methodology for the Test and Measurement Equipment (T&ME) installed in the SkyWater Florida facility in accordance with the ISO 9001 and SkyWater, Florida requirements. Areas of Accountability • Identify and document T&ME installed in the SkyWater Florida facility. • Work on a cross-functional team to define the options for calibration methodologies for each T&ME. • Identify estimated costs, required tooling, and other resource requirements associated with each option. • Make recommendations for optimal calibration methodology based on estimated costs, etc.

Requirements

  • Completion of Junior year + in a bachelor’s degree program in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, materials science, chemistry or physics.
  • US Citizenship required
  • Data collection and analysis techniques, including statistics.
  • Clear problem-solving capability with data-driven, systematic approaches to identifying solutions.
  • Positive interpersonal skills, highly energetic, and self-motivated, and able to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet commitments and deliver results.
