As a Quality Assurance Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. What You’ll Do • Test Co-Ordination Ownership: Perform testing and Co-Ordinate UAT testing with LOB, procure UAT approvals, set milestone & communicate dates to LOB and scrum master. • Act as Quality Assurance Lead: Must demonstrate ownership of governance and controls for assigned applications; this includes building automation scripts and hands on manual testing for Workday HR, Payroll and benefits functionalities • Data Pipelines & Transmissions: Implement secure file transmissions (SFTP/HTTPS/AS2), data validations, and reconciliation; manage schemas, mappings, and transformations. • Access & Security: Partner with PNC Enterprise security and access management teams to ensure data security and privacy controls for all assigned applications. • SDLC & Agile Delivery: Work in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), manage work in Jira, and coordinate incident/change management in ServiceNow. • Technical Leadership: Troubleshoot complex production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, mentor peers, and contribute to engineering standards. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with technology teams, vendors, and business partners to prioritize, plan, and deliver integrations and enhancements. Qualifications (Must-Haves) • Experience: Quality Assurance Lead or testing, with hands-on ownership of automation and manual testing of Workday integrations and ETL processes. • Test Tools: Experience with automation frameworks using cucumber, selenium web driver, java and java script. • Workday: Strong experience with Workday integration output validations (text files, XML), knowledge workday (HR, payroll, benefits) navigation and functionality. • ETL & Data: Proficient in SQLs and ETL output data analysis, mapping, validation, and reconciliation. • Security & Access: Working knowledge of access management, data security, encryption, and secure file transfers. • Process & Tools: Jira, ServiceNow, Agile methodologies; strong documentation and communication skills. Nice-to-Haves • Knowledge of Oracle (SQL, performance tuning) for downstream. • Experience with vendor HR systems (benefits, payroll, timekeeping) and HR data standards. Leads the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work. Including coordinating test strategy, scripting and defect resolution. Including ensuring early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle. Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products. Developing meaningful management metrics that help to gauge project health. Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release.
