About The Position

This position reports to the Executive Director, and it will be responsible for various aspects to ensure the agency is maintaining all compliance and licensure regulations.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain and demonstrate excellent people skills.

  • Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience.
  • Detail-Oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficient in Microsoft word processing and excel.
  • Effective communication and personal skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Will ensure that processes are in place for documentation of compliance.
  • This will continuously be reviewed to maintain consistent quality, and to maintain processes that ensure procedures are being followed across the agency.
  • Oversight of HIPAA policy/procedures and maintaining ongoing compliance.
  • Involvement in agency training programs and training compliance to include items such as presenting and facilitating, content tracking, and scheduling.
  • Organizing policies and coordinating system of access.
  • Assisting with special projects as they arise at the agency, at the direction of the Executive Director.
  • Participation in meetings and committees, as necessary.
  • Coordinates the collection and tabulation of staff satisfaction surveys.
  • ICF Quality Measures (4).
  • Perform background checks when needed.
  • Maintain an active notary license for the State of Ohio and ensure that documents needing to be signed are authentic, verifying the identity of the individual.
  • With the assistance of the Director Team stays abreast of IDD industry regulatory changes.
  • Monthly HR/Finance insurance audits.
  • Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
