The Quality Assurance associate is responsible for assisting the Director/Manager of Patient Access in managing the quality assurance activities within patient access. Acts as a liaison between the staff and the Manager and/or the Director of Patient Access. The Quality Assurance associate will provide consistent, relevant feedback to staff regarding patient registration accuracy and quality benchmarks through root cause analysis of registration related denials. This position interacts with revenue cycle and staff, external contacts, patients and customers regarding patient access processes which relate to the quality assurance within Patient Access, policies and procedures.
