The Quality Control Inspector plays a key role in maintaining high-quality standards while complying with GA Telesis processes. The ideal individual should be quality-oriented and attention to detail, self-motivated, reliable, and able to multi-task, to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to meet quality product expectations. This is a full-time position based in Medley, Florida.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1-2 years Quality Control Inspector experience
  • Strong understanding of FAA regulations (14 CFR Part 145), EASA requirements, and OEM maintenance manuals
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) as well as basic mathematical skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Possess strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with Quantum Software.
  • Previous experience with landing gear systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and non-destructive inspections (NDI/NDT) of landing gear components and assemblies
  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and final products to ensure compliance with OEM manuals, work instructions, and regulatory standards
  • Verify documentation including repair orders, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and traceability paperwork
  • Accurately record inspection findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions taken
  • Conduct audits and quality checks throughout the repair process
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
  • Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Maintain calibration status of measuring tools and test equipment
  • Support internal and external audits, including FAA and customer inspections
  • Adhere to safety protocols, quality procedures, and company policies
