We are currently looking for a Quality Control intern in our Lakeland, FL office. The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will begin June 1st, 2026, and run through August 14, 2026. Requirements
- Currently working on completion of a bachelor’s degree in science or related field
- Candidates must be available to work full-time beginning on June 1, 2026 – August 14, 2026
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and parse data
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Responsibilities
- Perform wet chemistry analyses such a refractive index, specific gravity, aldehydes, and other physical testing using the Rudolph, Mettler, and other equipment
- Purging of old file documents
- Organizing document repositories
- Purging outdated samples from storage locations
