Come join us and help us build for the future! Our team is currently seeking a collaborative Quality Control Supervisor based at our production facility in Huntsville, AL. This will be day shift (7a – 3:30 pm M-F). The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for helping the production facility meet customer commitments by identifying/analyzing defective products to determine root causes of failures, and of course, minimizing future occurrences, and supervising Quality Inspectors and Techs.

Requirements

  • Current U.S. work authorization.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience, preferably within a Quality or manufacturing function.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on associate development and accountability.
  • ISO – Audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Audits using a Quality system/ISO.
  • Approve finished productions, in-process production, and specifications for incoming materials.
  • Conduct visual and measurement tests, return products for re-work.
  • Ensure that all team members are trained on related procedures and operate in compliance with the work instructions and procedures.
  • Assist with QA and other audits to identify unfavorable trends in process or product quality.
  • Recommends preventative and/or corrective actions to mitigate risk.
  • Prepare and distribute in-plant quality summaries/reports.
