Come join us and help us build for the future! Our team is currently seeking a collaborative Quality Control Supervisor based at our production facility in Huntsville, AL. This will be day shift (7a – 3:30 pm M-F). The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for helping the production facility meet customer commitments by identifying/analyzing defective products to determine root causes of failures, and of course, minimizing future occurrences, and supervising Quality Inspectors and Techs.

Requirements

Current U.S. work authorization.
High school diploma or GED.
5+ years of supervisory experience, preferably within a Quality or manufacturing function.
Leadership skills with a focus on associate development and accountability.
ISO – Audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct Audits using a Quality system/ISO.
Approve finished productions, in-process production, and specifications for incoming materials.
Conduct visual and measurement tests, return products for re-work.
Ensure that all team members are trained on related procedures and operate in compliance with the work instructions and procedures.
Assist with QA and other audits to identify unfavorable trends in process or product quality.
Recommends preventative and/or corrective actions to mitigate risk.
Prepare and distribute in-plant quality summaries/reports.
