About The Position

Are you the kind of person who notices the one bolt out of place or can spot a weld flaw from across the room? Do you believe that “close enough” is never good enough—especially when nuclear-grade quality is on the line? As our Quality Control Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of detail-obsessed inspectors, making sure every material, part, and process meets the strictest standards. From overseeing inspections and audits to mentoring future QC legends, you’ll be at the heart of mission-critical work that powers national security. If you’re ready to leave your mark on high-stakes projects and thrive in a regulated, precision-focused environment, let’s talk. You’ll supervise a team of QC inspectors responsible for inspections and tests at our Piketon site and supplier facilities, ensuring full compliance with NRC, DOE, and QAPD standards. You’ll assign inspection activities, support audits and assessments, and serve as a technical authority in Nondestructive Testing (NDT). Whether training staff, interfacing with regulators, or reviewing QC procedures, you’ll be the steady hand guiding quality control in fast-paced construction and operations environments. Your leadership will ensure critical work is done right the first time—and every time.
