We’re looking for a detail‑oriented QC Technician to join our overnight team in Arlington, TX. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on quality experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment who takes pride in ensuring products meet the highest standards. Working under the direction of the Quality & Safety Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining product quality, supporting production teams, and ensuring compliance with customer and company quality requirements. Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience with quality inspection in a manufacturing or packaging environment
  • Ability to follow standardized work instructions and detailed procedures
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on consistent quality
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (Spanish bilingual a plus)
  • Able to perform basic math and read measurement tools such as rulers, scales, and micrometers
  • Safety‑minded with an understanding of manufacturing/warehouse safety requirements
  • Willing and able to work overtime, including weekends, as business needs require
  • Frequent standing, stooping, and sitting
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 45 lbs.
  • Occasional typing and keyboarding
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical school a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or quality inspection role preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of packaging production SOPs and quality standards a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform and document hourly quality inspections and run profiles according to EverTec SOPs
  • Monitor packaging and mailer production for defects or non‑conformities; take corrective action and initiate hold procedures when needed
  • Retain and manage quality samples and documentation
  • Train Packers on EverTec Quality Assurance SOPs and conduct routine audits to ensure quality checks are being followed
  • Partner with Packaging Team Leads, Operations, and Supervisors to resolve quality issues efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with incoming and outgoing shifts to ensure a smooth production handoff
  • Identify raw material defects, gather required information (lot codes, samples, etc.), and escalate findings to the Quality Manager
  • Support production teams to meet or exceed run speeds while maintaining quality standards
