Position Summary Work alongside the Quality Manager to support the development of quality standards and produce quality plans as part of RK to assure parts and products will meet and exceed the expectations of our target customers.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance Field or related discipline
  • High School Diploma
  • Applicable Training for competency and awareness
  • Ability to perform all RK employee requirements per the employee handbook
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge in Spreadsheet and Office Software
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively implement new procedures and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by keeping up to date reporting and tracking procedures
  • Follow the Quality Systems requirements for record keeping to ensure accuracy of reporting and for both internal and external customers
  • Help to develop & maintain Standardized Work Instructions used throughout the manufacturing and/or construction organization by team members.
  • Work with the quality manager to accurately capture customers documentation needs
  • Support the development of Process Failures and Effects Analysis to identify critical risks in the production/construction processes as well as documenting the changes
