Requirements

  • Bachelor level degree in Engineering or Technical Field
  • 2-5 years’ experience
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a highly matrix and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain post market surveillance trending process
  • Determine quality attributes and requirements.
  • Independently utilize quality management techniques (Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessments, and Statistical Analysis) to perform investigations, facilitate solutions, and measure effectiveness.
  • Responsible for independently completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards.
  • Participate on cross-functional teams.
  • Understand and comply with applicable regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Works under general supervision of more experienced staff who review results for overall accuracy, completeness and sound judgment
  • Identifies and quantifies technical risks and their consequences relative to the success of part of a project; recommends appropriate action; decisions or recommendations would typically achieve department / project objectives
  • Drives functional performance to ensure that cross-functional standards and expectations are met; may assist in the training of personnel as directed by management
  • Ability or aptitude to work on problems of moderate scope; demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills; critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships; display socially and professionally appropriate behavior
  • Ability to work independently and in groups; ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability or aptitude to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Ability or aptitude to use various types of databases and other computer software
