Key Responsibilities: Assist with quality assurance activities including inspections, audits, and non-conformance investigations. Collect, analyze, and interpret quality and process data to identify trends, deviations, and support troubleshooting of production issues. Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Assist in process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WI). Support process validation, capability studies, and data collection during trial runs. Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Production, Industrial, Mechanical, or related field), preferably with second year standing or higher. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and lean methodologies is a plus. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a hands-on, technical environment.
