This role will focus on the fit, form and finish of hardware, including the GD&T and inspection methods associated. Additional scope of the role will lean heavily on a manufacturing and inspection background. Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment including hardware inspection processes, GD&T, and fabrication techniques
  • Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt certification
  • Familiar with discrepancy documents/processes
  • Knowledgeable regarding audit processes
  • Experience engaging with external government customers
  • Experience in an aerospace processing environment, including various hardware inspection methods, and additive manufacturing
  • Understanding the ability to apply T9001 or other Technical Program Management Requirements
  • Experienced with non-conformance (PR/MRB) requirements and systems
  • Experience with manufacturing processes or quality or policies and/or quality systems management requirements
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
  • Project/product management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with data analytics to report trends and achieve results, drive improvements and efficiencies
