Position Summary This position will provide an excellent developmental opportunity with practical hands on quality engineering projects. Under the direction of Quality Engineering the candidate will perform data analysis, recommend changes, draft quality management system command media that will lead to process improvements to reduce cost and improve quality and delivery.

Requirements

Pursing a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
Good personal organization skills to control productivity
MS Office applications; Access, SharePoint, Teams
U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

Perform defect data analyses and apply problem-solving methods to reduce defects
Map processes and develop quality system instructions
Perform correlation studies to determine process effectiveness
Implement continual improvement, lean manufacturing and six sigma tools and projects.
Perform as needed: Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility studies Inspection methods plans to standardize inspection PFMEA
