The Supervisor/Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing sorting, inspection, and rework operations within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all containment activities are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards and customer requirements. The Team Lead will start and manage jobs, assign tasks to inspectors, monitor productivity and accuracy, and provide guidance to team members throughout the shift. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to ensure workstations are properly prepared, employees are trained on work instructions, and all documentation is completed accurately.
