More information at: www.beyondgravity.com Your Mission This position is responsible for preparing inspection plans and inspection check lists in cooperation with quality and production teams. Execute inspection plans, check lists in cooperation with quality and production teams Support maintaining calibration of metrology equipment via databases and the collection, quarantining of items Perform and document quality inspections using prescribed methods.systems.application and frequencies Use precision measurement equipment to verify product quality Identify and document nonconformances in various systems, applications Support nonconformance causal analysis and implementation of corrective actions Perform all duties within established time and process requirements Proactively support the Continuous Improvement Process

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience as a quality inspector in an advanced manufacturing industry
  • Ability to inspect, test and measure materials or products being produced
  • Excellent technical and planning skills
  • Proficient communicator and positive interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Understand the importance of proper identification and documentation
  • Ability to clearly understand processes, procedures and standards
  • Ability to work any or modified shifts when business conditions require
  • Experience with working varies platform programs in production, integration, and test
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100
  • Strong Root cause analysis skills for corrective actions
  • Experience with processes and handling of non-conforming product

Nice To Haves

  • Composite component industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years of Quality or Mission Assurance
