Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3+ years conducting Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI) on consumer goods
  • Experience conducting pre-shipment inspections.
  • Experienced working with suppliers, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Experience inspecting textile products in accordance with client specifications and AQL standards
  • Documents findings with photos and detailed inspection reports
  • Reliable transportation to travel to factory locations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform onsite, project-based quality inspections at factory locations.
  • The inspector will conduct inspections in accordance with AQL standards, perform detailed visual evaluations of products, and verify key measurements against approved specifications and tolerances.
  • Inspectors must provide their own basic inspection tools and submit accurate electronic reports with supporting photographs in a timely manner.
  • Provides timely, detailed reports and photographic evidence of product, packaging, labeling, defects noted, etc.
