About The Position

Printpack Rigid is seeking candidates to fill a Quality Inspector Position in our Williamsburg Facility, reporting to the 3rd Shift Supervisor. The Quality inspector's key responsibility is to Inspect, pack and label product. Shift: 11PM-7AM Sun-Thur

Requirements

• Ability to work night shift, as well as weekends, & Holiday's if necessary (36/48 weekly shift)
• Ability to lift up to 5 0 lbs. assisted
• Problem Solving skills
• Reading comprehension
• Ability to use computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
• Required to wear hearing protection, safety glasses, hairnet, uniform, and steel toed shoes
• Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Bending, lifting, repetitive motion, walking, and squatting

Responsibilities

• Inspect, pack and label products, visually detect small defects and classify them according to standard defects.
• Ensure safety
• Support 5S/ Lean Manufacturing/ PPS initiative
