About The Position

Enventure is seeking a Quality Management System Consultant to support our QHSSE initiatives and elevate performance across our global operations. As a key contributor, you will help shape and implement best‑in‑class QAQC and HSE systems, influence cross‑functional teams, and drive measurable improvements in quality, compliance, and safety. What You’ll Do: Help QHSSE Director lead operational implementation and compliance of QHSSE strategies, initiatives, procedures, and policies. Support the development of an integrated Quality & HSE Management System. Collaborate with stakeholders to build a participative QHSSE culture. Facilitate audits, compliance activities, and quality performance benchmarking. Advise on product design for quality assurance and early issue detection. Help build tracking systems for component usage and performance insights. Lead and support investigations into customer quality issues and corrective actions. Communicate with customers and vendors on QHSSE matters, including tenders and audits. Assist in reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: Undergraduate degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of combined Quality & HSE experience, with at least 5 years in oilfield services / O&G. Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI benchmarking. Experience with quality systems, audits, and corrective action processes. Industry certifications (e.g., CQE, ASQ, ISO auditor, NEBOSH) are a plus.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of combined Quality & HSE experience, with at least 5 years in oilfield services / O&G.
