Broad Function and Purpose of Position: The Quality Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and control of quality related initiatives including ISO9001 & IATF16949, as well as other Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. In cooperation with site management, responsible for the quality assurance and control functions throughout all Product divisions and the implementation of proactive quality management systems that will position the Sika Marion Operations as a leader in process and product quality. Work is performed under the supervision of the Director of Quality, support from operations, and may include other activities as assigned.
