Legacy Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Admin. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting individuals and families throughout South Georgia with compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services. The Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of behavioral health projects and initiatives. Working closely with the leadership sponsor for the project, this role provides administrative, operational, and communication support to multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with applicable regulations. The Project Coordinator serves as a liaison among clinical staff, leadership, and external partners, helping to maintain alignment, support quality improvement efforts, and promote effective service delivery within a behavioral health setting. The programmer will be supervised by the Director of Quality .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or other relevant field
• Valid Georgia Drivers’ License with less than 5 points
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Excellent time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams
• Demonstrates flexibility and professional attitude in performing a variety of duties with shifting demands and priorities

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in project coordination
• Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, etc)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
