Team Leader Pay : $19-$21 / HR OVERTIME WEEKLY PAY Position Overview The Team Leader is a hands-on leadership role responsible for project setup, supervising inspection teams, and ensuring quality standards are met at customer manufacturing sites . This role is ideal for candidates with experience in: Team leadership or supervisory roles Manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or production environments Outdoor or field-based work Quality inspection or quality control Construction, skilled trades, or industrial environments Team Leaders travel to manufacturing plants and warehouse locations to manage quality inspection teams and ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Leadership or team lead experience
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, field service, or outdoor work background
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work on your feet and in active environments
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Adaptability and flexibility in fast-paced environments
  • Strong self-motivation and work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise teams of quality inspectors at manufacturing and warehouse facilities
  • Ensure safety, quality standards, and operational procedures are followed
  • Set up new projects and develop work instructions and inspection procedures
  • Train and mentor new inspectors and team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts and plant personnel
  • Perform hands-on inspection of parts and products
  • Verify inspectors have the proper tools, equipment, and gauges
  • Step in as acting supervisor when the Project Supervisor is unavailable
  • Complete required project documentation and reports
  • Communicate clearly with customers, leadership, and team members
  • Participate in required training and skill development programs
