PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited individual to join the Quality and Winston-Salem, North Carolina Team. As the Quality Technical Administrator at PennEngineering, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. Join us as we build the future in Manufacturing and Engineering! The Quality Technical Administrator supports the Quality Department by maintaining documentation, managing quality data systems, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements. This role serves as a key administrative and technical liaison among Quality, Operations, Engineering, and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, reporting integrity, and continuous improvement in the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems and quality management systems (QMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting ISO or AS quality systems strongly preferred.
